WHY EXPAND?
We’ve had many clients inquire about our capabilities in other areas and we’d love to help, whether it’s in Indy or a remote location. We feel our foundation has been set and we are ready for growth; one way to achieve this is moving outside of our current Indiana territory and delivering our service where our clients need us most and there is opportunity to feed that growth.
WHAT’S THE PLAN?
We will begin our expansion with a team led by Megan Keck in Austin in late July. As an experienced leader with deep hospitality roots, Megan will manage our day-to-day operations, work directly with our current partner base and drive our goal toward developing new partners in the area. Our aim is to have the full staff in place by the end of August.
Once operations are established and running, we will be ready to provide our suite of services to both Austin and surrounding areas, including San Antonio, Houston and Dallas. Our team will have the capability to continue project work in these areas, with potential for location-designated crews.
WHAT SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED
Initially, our concentration will be on specialty parking facility cleaning and maintenance. As we grow, new and existing client needs will allow us to deliver our full suite of services to the area. Our focus will first center around the hospitality sector, including both hotel interiors and their parking assets.
WHY TEXAS?
While we did explore and evaluate different location options to expand our market, we identified Austin as the best fit for our company at this time and to serve as our Texas hub. Not only are we able to serve our existing clients immediately from this location, but the initial interest received from new opportunities in the market was extremely promising and exciting!
